The chemical structure of this formula is (His-D-2-methyl-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2). The half-life of this peptide is approximately 70 minutes which is considered a long half-life. This is possible because of peptide modification via replacement of natural-occurring amino acids of the L variety, for a D configuration.
Hexarelin can be stored at room temperature before it is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Gently mix the water into the vial making sure to not abruptly disturb the mixture. The peptides are actually quite brittle and should be handled with care. After the water is added, the vial must be stored in a refrigerator in order to remain fresh.
